Today's world is full of urgency and overwhelm


I worked in a highly stressful job, that often meant I left at dawn and got back home at dusk. In the winter, I didn't see daylight, Monday to Friday. I hated it; I wilt without my fresh air. And then I got ill with ME. Myalgic encephalomyelitis or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a debilitating illness causing extreme tiredness, food intolerances, tender joints, terrible insomnia. For two years, my life was on hold. Conventional medicine was not helping; in fact I got worse. So, I went on my own path to clean grounded health. Through research, study and a major diet overhaul, I got myself well. I went completely vegan, took up meditation and trained to be a natropath.
